Benjamin Nwaezeigwe
Managing Director/CEO

He is a highly motivated professional with core competence in the entire value chain of the downstream Oil and Gas industry.

He is the immediate past MD/CEO of Eterna PLC and currently the Managing Director/CEO of BHR International Ventures Limited, a privately owned indigenous downstream company in Nig, specializes in the retail and domestic distribution of Liquefied Petroleum Gas(LPG). Prior to starting BHR, Ben worked at Rainoil Limited and rose to the position of Deputy General Manager in charge of the Group Operations. For more than a decade, At Rainoil, he oversaw activities of the Company's depots at Ijegun, Oghara, & Calabar. He also supervised the Trading and Marine Operations. He demonstrated his prowess as a strategist in leadership, operations, marketing and sales, with a talent for effective transition of boardroom strategy to actual field implementation. He developed global marketing strategies for the Company and set up a formidable sales team that sold over 5 billion liters of white products in 5 years (Calabar depot only).By establishing Throughput arrangements with major depots in Lagos and Port Harcourt, he increased Rainoil's market share, particularly in the sales and distribution of Automobile Gas Oil (AGO). He supervised and coordinated the Company's petroleum products terminal activities at Calabar Tank Farm as a Depot Manager, putting in place business goals, targets, and plans that improved the depot's overall performance from "slightly" to "outstanding- depot of choice". When He was deployed to the position of an Internal Auditor, he was surely on the fast track to success. He audited nearly 23 stations in 9 States in Nigeria throughout this mission. He successfully handled 3 Retail Outlets as Station Manager from 2008 when he joined Rainoil. He was instrumental to the establishment of 6 Retail Outlets in Cross River and Akwa Ibom States. The driving force behind the construction and setting up of the modern Logistics truck Park at Calabar. He was actively involved in the remodeling and expansion of Premium Motor Spirit (PMS) storage tank at Tank Farm, Calabar. Previously, he was a Receiving Manager at Infranell Systems Ltd. He started his career with Nu-Metro Ltd (A south African firm) as a Receiving officer in 2005. He is a graduate of Ambrose Ali University, Edo State where he earned a B.Sc.degree in Industrial Chemistry. He also holds a Master of Business Administration degree in Production and Operations Management from Lagos State University.

Funmilayo Nwaezeigwe
Executive Director Admin/HR

Funmilayo Nwaezeigwe is a seasoned administrator and Human Capital Manager with over 10 years' experience.

Before co-founding BHR International Ventures Ltd, she started her corporate journey at Thomas Kingsley Securities Ltd (Member of Nigeria Stock Exchange) as a Data Analyst in year 2000 after her N.Y.S.C with the same organisation. That same year, she joined Gabe Fasoto and Co. (Chartered Accountants) as an Audit Trainee. Due to the marketing experiences she had garnered from Thomas Kingsley, she was then deployed to Hortosaf Associates, a sister company as its pioneer Sales Executive. She was involved in the sales and distribution of its product and she travelled far and wide Nigeria selling and distributing its book, 'Nigeria Tax Companion'. She Joined Tom Tan Ltd (Oil and Gas Marketing) in 2004 as Accounts/Administrative Officer, signalling the beginning of her career in the Oil and Gas sector. She was involved in the sourcing, purchase, loading, discharging and selling of its petroleum products. She was also involved in the recruitment and placement of personnel. As the Accounts personnel, she was in charge of the Accounts department. She prepared daily treasury report, monthly management account and annual Audited accounts. She attended to the External Auditors concerning the Annual Financial Statements. She initiated and sustained weekly meetings with Heads of Department and represents the Managing Director in absentia. She was also involved in periodic Management Strategic meetings with the Managing Director and the Chairman. During her tenure at Tom Tan, the Ceiling factory was established and once again, her marketing skills came into use. She was involved in the marketing and distribution of the ceiling tiles and built a chain of distributors for the company. She did this by visiting the popular building materials market e.g., Amu Building material market in Mushin. She also represented the company at building materials exhibitions e.g., LTV channel 8 building materials exhibition and Building Materials Association exhibition held at Sheraton Hotel in 2005. She co-founder BHR International Ventures Ltd in 2012 with her husband. She started as the Account/Admin Manager and also doubled as the Retail Sales Manager. She was in charge of sourcing for product from depot such as N.N.P.C. Ejigbo, Intergrated Oil and Gas, e.t.c. , loading of the products and distributing them to customers, She was also involved in sourcing for customers amongst which was her former employer, Tom Tan Ltd. As the Accounts/Admin manager, she prepared the daily report, monthly management report and Annual Financial Statement. She is also involved in the recruitment and placement of staff. She is current the Executive Director Administration and Human Resources. Funmi, as she is popularly called, hold a Bachelor's degree in Economic from Lagos State University, Ojo, Lagos State. She earned a Master in Business Administration from National Open University, Calabar Campus, Cross River state. She is a Chartered Human Resource Consultant and also a Fellow of Chartered Institute of Human Resource Management of Nigeria. She is happily married, and the marriage is blessed with children.

discrepancies , invoice verification, financial statements analysis , financial advisory and cashflow planning and tax compensation He's a graduate of National open University of Nigeria and also at professional level at institute of chartered Accountants of Nigeria(ICAN).

Samson Olawale Olayemi
Branch Manager, Ijoko

Samson Olawale Olayemi is the Ijoko Branch Manager

which specialized in the retails and domestic distribution of Liquefied Petroleum Gas (LPG). Before joining BHR Int'l Ventures Ltd, Sam worked for few years in the banking sector, Eco Bank Nig Plc as a teller. He later worked with De-lajay Nig Ltd and Lajbeth Nig Ltd, a custom licensed company as a documentation and field officer.

Tajudeen Abduljeleel Opeyemi
Account/Admin Officer

Tajudeen Abduljeleel Opeyemi is the Account/Admin Officer

which specialized in the retails and domestics distribution of Liquefied Petroleum Gas (LPG). He is a committed and hardworking with requisites knowledge and skills, an individual who posses financial management, advance problem solving and administrative skills with proficient Microsoft office suites. Two years as Store supervisor in Europlast Industrial Ltd, Receiving raw-materials through waybill, Monitoring of finished goods load to customers and transfer from factory to the store and keeping records of in-coming and out-going raw-material and finished goods. few years of experiences as a Financial Officer with Khadom Nig Ltd a construction company, Preparing Financial report, proven track records of ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting and cash flow management.
